Wilddiebsroute

Auf heißen Spuren - Die Wilddiebsroute folgt den Spuren der Silixer Wilddiebe und Holzfrevler, die vor 100Jahren ihren Fleisch und Holzbedarf auf nicht ganz legale Weise mit Wilddieberei und Holzdiebstahl in den umliegenden Wäldern deckten.

Covering 13.2 km, this is a substantial hike requiring a reasonable base fitness. Most walkers complete it in about 2 hours and 56 minutes.

This loop trail is a practical choice for day hikers: you start and end at the same spot, with no shuttle or pick-up required. Follow the WiGr waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
