The 3.2 mile Big Hollow Trail begins on Forest Road 64 at Big Hollow Trailhead and climbs steadily to its terminus on Observation Trail #132 at the Trapper Creek Wilderness boundary.

This 5.0 km route sits in the sweet spot for a half-day outing — long enough to feel rewarding, short enough to leave the afternoon free. Expect around 1 hour and 7 minutes.
