Big Hollow Trail #158

The 3.2 mile Big Hollow Trail begins on Forest Road 64 at Big Hollow Trailhead and climbs steadily to its terminus on Observation Trail #132 at the Trapper Creek Wilderness boundary.

A 5.0 km half-day trail that offers a balanced outing without demanding too much. Budget around 1 hour and 7 minutes.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Follow the 158 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

This trail forms part of the Regional Walking Network (RWN), linking local communities and natural features across the region. Waymarking is managed at the regional level.
