G41 - Bettelmat - Lago dei Sabbioni

A very popular route that starts from the Bettelmatt mountain pasture, famous for its cheeses, passes through the Rif. Città di Busto divalla passing under the dam of the Lago dei Sabbioni and goes back up to the ex Mores and Somma Lombardo refuges.

Covering just 4.4 km, this is a gentle outing perfect for families or beginners. Allow roughly 59 minutes.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. The trail is officially waymarked as G41, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
