Huntingdon and Godmanchester Walk, Houghton Mill

Head off through a watery landscape in search of lost mills on this 8-mile circular walk through the delightful landscape of the Ouse valley. Mostly level ground, with several stiles, gates and steps.

A 14.6 km full-day trail that rewards walkers with a proper day out. Budget roughly 3 hours and 15 minutes at a steady pace.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
