A00a - Via Francisca (seconda sezione)

Historical walk along the Francisca Road which takes place mostly on internal roads, mule track and paths. In many crossroads it is difficult to identify the path due to the lack of painted flags and some guideposts

Covering 23.1 km, this demanding trail is best tackled by experienced walkers in good condition. Budget roughly 5 hours and 7 minutes or consider splitting it across two days.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. Follow the A005 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
