S06 Sant'Agata - Faierone - Monte Limidario

Demanding route from Sant'Agata to the top of the Limidario. After the pastures of Monti Marcalone, Rombiago and Scierz, the route go up entirely on a long and panoramic ridge that runs through the Monte Faierone, Punta Fonzina and the Cruit.

At 9.4 km, this is a comfortable half-day walk for most hikers. At an average walking pace, plan for roughly 2 hours and 5 minutes.

As a linear trail, this route has distinct start and end points. Return transport is worth arranging in advance unless you plan to walk back the same way. Look for the S06 trail markings to stay on the official route.
