Glassworks Trail (green)

Glassworks Trail is a multiuse trail that follows sand roads around the southern portion of the forest. Most of the trail follows wide open roads, with occasional three-foot-wide paths through the pine forest.

A 13.4 km full-day trail that rewards walkers with a proper day out. Budget roughly 2 hours and 59 minutes at a steady pace.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Look for the GT trail markings to stay on the official route.

Part of the Local Walking Network (LWN), this trail is ideal for exploring the neighbourhood landscape. It is typically well-known to local walkers and offers an authentic sense of place.
