Views of the Hughenden Manor Estate Walk, Hughenden

This is a circular walk around the Hughenden Manor estate which gives you 10 different views of the surrounding Chilterns countryside. Short steep ascents & descent which may be muddy and slippery after rain. No stiles but gates & road crossings.

This 9.6 km route sits in the sweet spot for a half-day outing — long enough to feel rewarding, short enough to leave the afternoon free. Expect around 2 hours and 8 minutes.

The route nearly completes a loop, with start and end points within easy walking distance of each other. Minimal logistics required.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
